Cebu Pacific has launched its November seat sale, offering one-way base fares as low as ₱1 for domestic and international flights booked from November 8 to 11. The travel period runs from February 1 to July 31, 2027, excluding fees and surcharges. The airline is also expanding its international routes, with additional direct flights to China, Vietnam, and Japan scheduled to resume or launch in November.
